- 1 packet oatmeal (reduced sugar or protein)
- 1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- ½ cup water or milk
- 1 box raisins
- A dash of cinnamon (optional)
- A tablespoon of honey (optional)

Cooking Steps:
Microwave:
- Combine ½ cup water or milk (cook’s choice) with one packet of oatmeal & stir well
- Microwave for 1 minute, remove, and stir
- Microwave for another minute and remove
- Mix in one cup of applesauce
- Sprinkle raisins on top
- OPTIONAL: add a dash of cinnamon, a tablespoon of honey, and apple slices on top

- Empty one packet of oatmeal into a bowl
- Mix in ½ cup boiling water or milk (cook’s choice)
- Let it sit for one minute
- Mix in one cup of applesauce
