Ingredients:
This recipe is very loose ingredients-wise. There are a few essential categories (meat, veggies, sauce, etc), but you have room to work within them.
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef (ground chicken, turkey, or pork can also be used)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 14 oz shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the beef (or chosen meat) until it is no longer pink. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the cabbage (or coleslaw), soy sauce, and ginger, and saute until your desired tenderness is reached. You can add a little water if more liquid is needed to saute the coleslaw down.
- Make a well in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble until done over low heat.
- Stir in the sriracha. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with the green onions. Add additional soy sauce or sriracha if desired.
- Divide the pan into quarters and evenly distribute the meat and veggies into each quarter. Dish out and enjoy!
